Scoreboard Support

Need help with Scoreboard, subscriptions, ads, remote control, or Apple Watch connectivity? Send an email and include a short description of what happened.

Helpful details to include

• Your device model and iOS, iPadOS, macOS, or watchOS version.
• The Scoreboard app version shown in Settings.
• The steps that caused the problem and any error message you saw.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if it does not contain private information.

Subscriptions and purchases

If a previous purchase is not recognized, open Scoreboard Settings and use Restore Purchases. App Store billing, refunds, and payment-method changes are managed by Apple.
